Most frequent questions and answers

Once you make your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us to let you know that we received your order.

You will receive another email when your order is being processed to confirm that it is being packed. Once shipped, you will receive one more confirmation email with a tracking number to let you know when we’ve shipped your order.

If you didn’t receive an email confirmation for your order, your email provider may be putting our emails in your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder.

To keep our prices as affordable as possible, we collect payment via Interac e-transfer, so there are lower (or in some cases none at all) extra fees.

Because of this, you are required follow the payment processing steps after checkout to complete your order. Once we receive your payment, we consider your order paid for and update the status to processing.

You can find the status of your order anytime under the “my account page” > “orders” tab.

MCP Supplements ships anywhere within Canada.

Shipping fees are $15 for Western Canada (BC, Alberta and SK) and $25 for the rest of Canada.

Shipping is free over $149

Orders are shipped via Canada Post xpress post and take 2-3 days. Canada post can be subject to delays out of our control, holidays and winter months can sometimes take up to 7 days to reach parts of eastern Canada.

Once shipped, tracking can be found on the “my account” page or in your order confirmation email.

For safety, MCP Supplements products are final sale. If you have a concern with your product, such as it arriving damaged or an allergic reaction, please contact us and we will assess on a case by case basis to remedy the issue.
